Permanent NSW public school teachers, you could spend 12 months experiencing a different teaching environment in another NSW public school through the Rural Teacher Exchange Program.

Teachers in metro areas considering teaching in rural or remote NSW, this is your chance to experience a rural school environment and immerse yourself in the local community and all that teaching in the country offers.

Teachers in rural areas, you can explore teaching in a metro setting for a year while retaining your home position. This could be your opportunity to broaden your teaching experience in a metro school environment, with access to the variety of cultural, sporting and social activities that cities offer.
